I went for a blow out and cut. She did amazingly on my natural hair. My ends were definitely damaged as you can see from braids and rough hands 😮💨 mixed with my stressed hair growing out 🙃.. she'll be my go to from now on.

I've had Melfi doing my hair for years, and when she finally got her shop, she continued doing my hair and my daughter hair. She is very patient and pleasant. She takes her time and always makes sure myself and my daughter and I are satisfied. I highly recommend her to do your hair and child's hair. ?

Melfi always does a great job and really cares for your hair, she detangles gently even with my coarse curly hair texture, uses heat protection and doesn’t over use the heat- my curls always bounce right back! First pic is my natural hair texture and second pic is straight hair after 5 days, still stayed great

Melfi is always welcoming and has a very big, comfortable salon. She is very accommodating of walk ins and last minute appointments. I have small children and I don't know my schedule ahead of time and she is always able to fit me in. She and the other ladies that work there truly care for your hair and give you advice on how to care for it at home. Prices are also very reasonable.

This is by far the worst doobie spot. I should have known it was terrible because it’s always empty. Went there for a doobie Red flag number 1 the girl didn’t know which rollers to put in my hair, red flag number 2 the girl didn’t know how to blow out my roots straight and therefore messed my entire hair up. Red flags number 3 she turned the chair so my back was to the mirror. She wrapped me and when I got homeI took the pins out to put my scarf on and realized that this girl completely ruined my hair. My roots were straight and the rest of my hair looked crazy like it wasn’t dried. I had 2 inches straight the rest an Afro. I don’t even understand how she managed to do something that terrible. $45 mind you. This is what seals the deal I call the next day, today to tell the manager and she hangs up on me and now won’t answer the phone. Save your time and money girls Melfis is THE WORST!!!! FYI there is a salon next door that does silk presses and from what I’ve seen their clients hair looks beautiful. I’m going to check them out cause Melfis is not the bop. Period!!Service: Hairstyling
