I had a consultation and hair cut with Tamara and it was a life changing experience. She cares not only about the style, but the health of your hair, and your lifestyle. She is so knowledgeable about the science of hair care. Not to mention the salon and all of the staff are the perfect mix of warm and friendly and professional. Tameka Thompson is a magician!!! She brought my hair back to life with the protein treatment and trim! This was my first silk press and it came out beautifully!! It was so silky and shiny and healthy!! She was so knowledgeable and explained every detail of what she was doing! I love the end result!!! I told her I was going to have a hard time pinning it up, but I did my best!!! I love the entire atmosphere at the shop!! Tameka is stuck win me for life!!! MORE HAIR❤️❤️❤️

I have had two services here and both were excellent. I love the online scheduling platform. It is easy to get an appointment, which in and of itself is amazing for a hair salon. The atmosphere is professional and warm and the appointments are timely. Timeliness is HUGE for busy women on the go. I’ll definitely be back and I will refer my friends.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist on my wedding day! Mica brought my vision to life perfectly—my hair was absolutely stunning and held up beautifully all day and night. I’ve been to this salon several times and was clear that this last visit was for my graduation—and that I’d never had skip tracks before. I said upfront that I wanted fullness and length, and the stylist could clearly see the bundle I brought wouldn’t achieve that.
Instead of advising me to pivot, she went ahead with the install—then told me afterward it wouldn’t give the effect I wanted, locking me into the higher service cost. The result looked like a basic silk press of my natural hair.
When I was visibly unhappy, there was no good faith effort to make it right—just an offer to upsell overpriced clip-ins with no discount, or to keep adding tracks from the same bundle (for an extra fee per track), even though it wouldn’t have made a real difference. It felt purely transactional, despite the rapport I thought I was building with my stylist and consistency I’d shown as a client. I trusted them to deliver, and they failed when it really counted.
This wasn’t the first issue either—I once sat there for 7 hours due to double-booking, and days later was contacted about an additional $50 charge they forgot to add with no apology. Overall, this salon charges premium prices for average work simply because there is limited competition in the area. I won’t be returning.
