I recently completed a major remodel of my home, including a full kitchen renovation, two bathroom remodels, and all new flooring throughout the house, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I previously had a kitchen remodel done 10 years ago by Advantage Contracting and reached out to Rich for another home that needed a remodel.

My half bath was beautifully remodeled with the help of Rich and his team, including designer Aimee, Steve and Bill. The entire team were so easy to work with - personable, professional and on time. The work area was always left spotless before leaving for the day.
Advantage was also able to adjust to my schedule when needed during this process, which was much appreciated. To have a knowledgeable designer like Aimee to guide me through the selection process was so helpful.
I have gotten so many compliments on my new bathroom. I highly recommend Advantage Construction.
We just had Advantage do an addition on our home over the last several months. We cannot express how delighted we were with the service and the professionalism. Rich and his construction team were wonderful to deal with and no detail was left unfinished. We will absolutely use Advantage again and highly recommend them.
