The best gym around! The gym has all the best equipment, functional training area, sauna and healthy meals/supplements. The staff are super friendly and personable. The owners are wonderful people who are welcoming to everyone. I highly recommend this gym to everyone!
Topshelf is really a one of a kind gym. The place is huge so they’ve got something for everyone, and the powerlifting room especially is really well equipped. Even though the gym is usually packed, they have multiples of almost everything so you’re rarely stuck waiting in line for anything too

TopShelf has truly changed my life. When I first joined at their opening, I weighed 336 lbs and wore a size 56 in jeans. As of February 2026, I’m down to 158 lbs and a size 34 this something I never thought would be possible, especially with my crazy schedule bouncing between day and night shifts.
The support and guidance from the trainers, Jake and Jorge, have been incredible. They didn’t just help me work out they completely changed my mindset about health, consistency, and what I’m capable of.
