I had a fine experience, I was able to walk in with no appointment, but the stylist was very slow and took about 90 minutes for a simple blowout and loose curl, which normally takes me half the time and put me in a rush. She did an ok job, just wasnt expecting how long it took.

wash and style This was my first time at J C Penny salon. My regular hairdresser was away on vacation. So I took a chance because my hair really need to be done. I'm 82 years old so I asked the receptionist if I could have someone who knew how to style old people's hair. She said I could have Anita but would have to wait because Anita was working on another client. It was worth the wait, Anita washed my hair with a shampoo that didn't have conditioner in it (which is what I requested) She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my hair style and would definitely request her again. I also went back later and was looking at their hair products for myself and for a gift I needed. One of the women from the salon came over and asked if she could help me. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she was extremely helpful and advised me which products were discounted. I was very pleased with the service I received and my friend loved the products that I purchased for her.

I had a great experience. Shequanda (I hope I'm spelling the name right) She was excellent. She gave me a great haircut and advice me on how to take care of it. The front staff was very accommodating. Thank you
