My kitchen draw became disconnected and my husband and I couldn’t figure out how to get the draw back on the tracks. Our cabinets were installed in 2019 by a contractor. We decided to call a local store, Rochelle Park, NJ, and we spoke with a man who was absolutely amazing!!! He asked us to send pictures of the cabinet so he could give an accurate way of fixing it. He offered to come out and fix the draw the next day. We weren’t going to be home so we made a date for Friday. We are very stubborn so we kept trying to get the draw in place. I even called him back on his cell phone as he was driving home. He was so pleasant and helpful. Well, we finally got the drawer back in, thanks to his guidance. His name is Michael McGrath, and today when I told him that he didn’t need to come and fix the draw I learned that he is the manager of that store. What a wonderful guy! He went so far out of his way to help us and we didn’t even purchase the cabinets at his store. THANK YOU! What a rarity to meet someone so dedicated and compassionate.

*Update: I wrote to the email address in the response from the store manager but no one reached out to us.
Our experience was mixed with good and bad. Donnette was very kind and helpful. The quality of the cabinets are good and they arrived on time. But the installer they assigned us (Adyan from KLM Improvement) was irresponsible and VERY bad at communicating. First he changed the date for measurements the last minute. We understood he lives pretty far away and it’s okay. But then he didn’t show up on the day for installation, even though I confirmed with him the day before. After multiple phone calls, he finally got back to us saying that he didn’t get the access to the portal from Donnette. Thankfully we kept the printed design plan that they can work with. The next day he came with his dad and did a decent job installing the cabinets, but couldn’t finish the pull-out trash can cabinet because I didn’t get the door mount kit. And he forgot to put up some shelves inside the cabinets and secure the dishwasher to the cabinets (we got stone countertops). I double checked with him, knowing he lives a bit far out, but he said he didn’t mind to come again on Thursday night to finish the job but again he didn’t show up. We called and texted and he said Saturday night, but didn’t show again. And he hasn’t returned our calls or text since. Later we also found a corner spot was a bit damaged. Not sure if it was arrived this way or was damaged during the installation. We are mostly frustrated and angered by his lack of communication and courtesy. And CTG never reach out to get feedback. It shows they don’t really care about their customers’ experiences.

It was an absolute pleasure choosing our new kitchen cabinets from Cabinets To Go. Donnette was a gem to work with, as her expertise and guidance answered all our questions and put us at ease. In addition, her kindness and thoughtfulness made the experience a pleasure. Donnette is the best!

I had reached out to multiple cabinet stores not one responded but manager of cabinets to go in new Rochelle store in n.j. . Not only did he respond so quickly I had cabinets from another store picked out and dimensions he said screen shot them within 30 minutes had me a quote. Excellent customer service.
