I had one bad experience at the salon and the manager Lisa handled it extremely professionally. I could not have asked for a better person to handle the situation, she made me feel heard and fixed the situation immediately. Val did my blowout a couple days later and when I tell you my hair looked amazing even after a 4 hour accidental nap. It is day 3 and my hair still looks flawless. I am so happy i went back.
I had an appointment with Gianna for the first time today and she did such a great job. She made me feel so welcome in her chair. My balayage/haircut turned out so well and I’m in love with it!
