This office has the BEST front desk staff. The woman at the front of the office is so kind and Raquel is one of the most helpful team members. Dr Makani is someone I have been seeing for over a year now. I can not express how much I love going to my appointments with her. She is a doctor who cares about her patients getting BETTER and not just “take these pills”. She has created this calming inviting and understanding dynamic with me as a patient where I feel comfortable going to her about anything without having fear I will be mislead. This is the best practice I’ve ever been to. The office staff, PA’s and Dr. Musunuru have made going to the doctor a breeze. I’m always brought in right on time and the doctor takes her time when I’m going through symptoms. Cannot recommend a PCP more, they genuinely care!
Very convenient and clean location. Ekta Makani is really great. She is responsive, compassionate and truly cares about her patients. I like how easy it is to reach out to her through mobile app and the convenience of virtual appointments when needed. Highly recommended ?
