“I have visited this store researching flooring and every time is better than the last. I believe the first person I met was Chris. I found he was one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have met in the last year. I didn't need the education after my visit so I can't speak for the manager and saleswoman I met with next on their depth of knowledge. I can say they were extremely helpful and I did not feel any excessive pressure to purchase despite my indecision. They were all very welcoming. Each month they have some good values on carpeting that are often not listed on the website so ask about those if you that's of interest. I am looking for a engineered hardwood that I can install in a bathroom, kitchen and complete first floor. I am not sure it exists, but these people were honest and I appreciate it.“
