Very unprofessional! We had an appointment at 9 am to have our patio door replaced (there's a gap between the doors, bugs are getting in and our cooling bill has skyrocketed). At 11 am, 2 HOURS LATE we get a call from the installer to let us know he wasn't coming today (basically just canceling our appointment due to vehicle malfunction) and that they'd try to get us in the schedule for next week. Now I understand that things outside his control happened, and don't t fault him in the slightest, but their office should have called us much earlier to let us know there was a problem and even if he couldn't make it at 9, they should still have sent... read full review
