This place shows as Samsung US1 on Google Maps, but the repair service statement lists TECHEIM Inc for the same address. Minor difference, I suppose, as Samsung probably subcontracts repair work to local/regional places.
Originally bought a Samsung Odyssey G7 back in March 2025, but the screen went kaput mere 6 months in. Submitted a warranty repair ticket online on October 1, dropped off at UPS next day, tracking told me it arrived October 3 Friday as it was locationally very close. In just one business day later, on October 6 Monday, I get email saying repair was done, and the monitor being shipped back, in my hands on October 8.
Had no problem and worker here was pretty responsive via text. I had an usb outlet issue with a brand new monitor bought and used for less than 3 months. I was hesitant shipping out the item, but they were able to provide the shipping box (mailed it out to me) with instruction on how to pack the item and protective foams. They kept me updated via text and item came back to me fairly quickly especially since item was sent out during the holidays. Monitor was sent back to me wrapped and secured in a bunch of bubble wrap. No damages and happy they were able to fix the issue

So it looks like I'll be the first to leave this business a happy review. Several years back my wife got me a Samsung 27" LED monitor. S27D360H if you actually care. The years they made this was 2012-2015 maybe, so way out of warranty. I hate throwing stuff away, and this monitor has really grown on me. I like the design of the white and seafoam blue/green on it. Up until it crapped out it was awesome. From some googling, I learned that the backlight had died and the symptoms were that when turned on it would cycle through the input settings, and then when it would get to the correct one it would turn off the backlight on and the screen would go dark.
