I was recommend to Keil by Jonathan at ProVolt Electrical and I couldn't have been happier with the service. Keil was timely, addressed my specific problem without trying to make it bigger than what it was. After trying several, Keil will be the only HVAC company I use going forward.
Absolutely the best! Starting with Anthony who came out quickly when we realized our AC was not working. He was so thorough and walked me through everything he saw so I fully understood. He told me he would reach out with an estimate later that day for the work needed and then the duct replacement for our attic unit. Very detailed estimate so you knew exactly what you were getting. Within a few days an amazing team showed up to help replace and install everything. They told me it would take about 2-3 days and they kept to that. KEIL Heating and Air Conditioning has serviced my combination tankless water heater a couple of times now. The system is complex (IMO) and should only be repaired by certified technicians, which Keil has on staff. I am pleased with the service I recently received when I lost my heat. Upon arrival at my home, the issue (a failed three-way valve inside the system) was identified within 10 minutes. They were able to get my heat going until the replacement part was obtained. From my tech, Anthony, to AJ, who discussed my options for repair and cost, to the friendliness of the office staff who answered the phone, I give Keil 5 stars. Thank you!
