We had a partial blockage affecting both our kitchen and basement bathroom drain lines. After exhausting my 25-foot plumbing snake with no success, I decided to call for professional help.
The response was immediate and impressive. After hearing my description, he immediately diagnosed the issue as grease buildup. We scheduled an appointment for the following Monday.

Over the weekend, armed with his diagnosis, I decided to try an alkaline product specifically for grease blockages. It worked perfectly.
