Alexandra was AMAZING! She was so patient with me! She listened to every detail and she wouldnt make decisions for me, it was well what do you want? I loved that! Thank you for squeezing me in and taking the time to perfectly execute my vision!!!

I booked a coloring appointment with Cara, wanting to go a back to my root color with some subtle highlights around my face and lots of warm toning (I was going in with brown out, platinum blonde highlights), and she absolutely delivered. My hair turned out to be exactly what I wanted, and I could tell that she was really working hard to make sure that I was happy by explaining the process to me and telling me what she was going to do before doing it. She was also very sweet and hardworking! Had a great time and so happy with my hair, will definitely be going back!

Update : Chrise the owner reached out and was very considerate and apologetic .she gave me multiple conditioning treatments and haircuts to restore the health of my hair. I’m very grateful and learned alot from chrise as I am also in the cosmetology field and learned a lot through this experience.
I’m not one to write bad reviews or criticize others but i wish I had seen a review like this before choosing this salon. It was my first time here I met with Jess.
