This is the second time that Patty’s party world knocked it out of the park!! Shannon created a gorgeous balloon arch for my daughter’s sweet 16. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and to make adjustments so that it was just right. She went above and beyond to create something beautiful. My daughter will never forget this birthday!
