“I am extremely happy with my deep tissue massage by Lili. Lili is extremely knowledgeable. Lili is very experienced and found my pain points and took great time and care in addressing them. The combination of massage and reflexology made a huge difference in relieving pain, addressing the tension in muscles and I left feeling very relaxed. This is also a great value. This was my first time but I will now be making this a regular self care stop.“

“What an absolutely charming and beautiful massage and wellness studio! My friend and I escaped to Cape May for the weekend and were in search of a bodywork place that offered a spa experience with quality massages, this was just the place! It was so welcoming and cozy as soon as you walked in the door. Everyone warmly greeted us and made us feel right at home. The rooms were nicely decorated and all had their unique charm. I booked a Thai massage with Martha and it was one of the best Thai massages I've ever had! She was very intuitive and skilled with her work and made me feel very comfortable. I'm also a massage therapist and it can be tricky finding a great place with skilled therapists. I highly recommend The Well to anyone looking for a quality massage with a cozy vibe without being gouged by the day spas for half the amount of time.
