My wife and I painted several rooms then decided we needed new carpeting in a hurry. We visited the Rio Grande store and spoke with Natalie. She offered samples of carpeting while she 'worked the phone' checking product a availability. In short order she was able to find the carpeting we needed in the required time frame. Natalie's product knowledge, resourcefulness, attention to customer needs, and professionalism wa s the harbinger of a flawless installation process.
Natalie helped us find the perfect wood vinyl flooring for our beach home. She was patient with us and very knowledgeable about the different brands and styles. She had great communication after we placed the order informing us on delivery status updates. I will definitely recommend Avalon flooring for any flooring work. They have a huge selection as well.
