I am in the process of buying my first home and was given a couple of different home inspection references. I chose Ryan because he was very professional, responsive, informative and transparent during the initial consultation. When it came to inspection day he showed up early, was super easy to talk to I never felt rushed. Ryan was phenomenal! He was attentive to detail, and he not only made sure we understood the things he was looking for, but urged us to ask questions and wanted us to be involved during the whole inspection. He was honest about the state of things around the house and offered up tons of solutions to any fixes that were needed. He traversed difficult crawl spaces, and left no corner unchecked. We felt like we had his undivided attention and that he was patient and meticulous while in each room.
