I just had Andrew from Old York Heating and Cooling come out to do my seasonal furnace tune-up, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Setting the appointment was quick and easy. Andrew arrived on time, was professional, and paid great attention to detail throughout the service. He clearly explained what he was doing and gave helpful recommendations for keeping the system running smoothly.
On top of that, he left the work area cleaner than when he arrived - which is rare and much appreciated!
Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be calling Old York Heating and Cooling again.

Had a problem with my gas furnace, called the company and they sent technician Andrew, he found the problem and fixed it, very professional and knowledgeable, I am very happy with the service and would called them again for service.

During the coldest week of January, with -4 degree mornings, our 1st floor furnace decided to shutdown for unknown reasons. I contacted Old York Heating & Cooling and spoke to Lisa. I explained our situation and she dispatched the service manager, Randy who happened to be in the area. Within 15 minutes, he arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue. Turns out the safety switches near the heat exchangers tripped and killed the power. After further inspection, the unit was clogged pretty bad and became a safety issue. Rather than replace the exchangers, we decided to work with Old York Heating and Cooling to purchase a new furnace. They did not disappoint.
