Old York Heating & Cooling is a reliable and honest company, known for their quick service and fair pricing. They have knowledgeable technicians, like Randy, who are genuinely concerned about their customers and their heating/cooling systems. They even went above and beyond by dropping a charge for a failed component.
We just had our annual furnace maintenance service performed by Old York’s technician Alex. He was knowledgeable, polite and very professional. He answered all questions with honesty and did not try to ‘upsell’ unnecessary services. This is in line with previous experiences with Old York. They are very reliable and reputable. We highly recommend Old York vs some of the big name operators.
Old York Heating and Cooling has been great to deal with, specifically Randy. We have had a recurring equipment issue with a high efficiency boiler not installed by Old York. Randy has been working directly with the manufacturer to troubleshoot. Other plumbers we've had out in the past don't seem prepared to deal with the newer technology. Highly recommended.
Old York Heating and Cooling did an excellent job installing our new heating and cooling system. The entire installation was clean, professional, and very well done. Their team took pride in their work, kept everything neat, and made sure the system was installed properly from start to finish. We’re very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the overall experience. I would highly recommend Old York Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for a reliable and professional HVAC company.
