Our experience was wonderful. From Russell in sales to the excellent installers it was all around fabulous! Everyone was so helpful and professional and our floor is beautiful ! Could not have asked for a better experience!

Regent did a fantastic job with our two new wood floors. Russ is super knowledgeable and explained the many different options available. He was great throughout the whole process, from ordering to delivery and installation. Joe was also a great source of information when he came to do the measuring, and told us many interesting facts about the way Mirage floors are sourced and made, having gone to the factory himself to meet the owners. The installation team was superb. This was our first experience with a large home renovation. We were hesitant because we have small children and were concerned about the stress of it all. We worked with Russ in flooring and Christina and Aileen in the kitchen department and we couldn't be more satisfied with the whole experience. They were honest and patient with us from the planning stage to the last details. The communication through the project was timely and detailed so we felt well prepared.
