Julia front desk so kind explain everything to me and made me aware of each option for beds and what is my best option- not rushing me at all. Going to be honest it was a long day for me at work so when I came in here her kind personality was a fresh of breathe air and she is one the nicest people you’ll meet. You’ll see. The prices affordable, that In itself is a win for me considering the other salon I have been going to was just getting to pricey but I didn’t want to stop tanning. Not to mention the perk. They offered me a complimentary tan and a one free packet lotion. That has NEVER. happened at any other salon I’ve been to. I am sticking with this place. “SUPER impressed from the moment I walked in the door. Tara assisted me & I bought ALL the things. I ended up buying the no-brainer annual tanning pass because it just made so much sense. Their equipment is all new & well maintained. I did not feel like I was upsold AT ALL. Which is SUPER annoying at other salons. I was so impressed, I bought a second annual membership for the sweat spa on top of the annual membership for the Versa Pro Spray Booth. I LOVE that you can pre-schedule on the app so the equiptment is ready for you when you get there. And also that you can go to any of their other locations since I live in a major area. But Tara was SO FRIENDLY and SOOOOOO not pushy and it had the opposite effect on me. It made me WANT to purchase their packages. So I did. I definitely recommend.“

I had mentioned it to staff, who told me that the bulbs were only switched around, not replaced. The fact that there are five in a row means that half of the one side is not working.
