I've been a member at Ridgewood Day Spa for quite some time, and my experiences have been overwhelmingly positive. Kara is my go-to massage therapist—she is consistently exceptional. She's attentive, knowledgeable, and takes the time to understand exactly what my body needs. Every massage with her is both therapeutic and relaxing, and she's a big part of why I continue my membership.

I also want to recognize the owner, Joan. Today, an unexpected scheduling issue affected my mother's appointment. While these things can happen anywhere, what impressed me most was Joan's response. I actually tried this place by leveraging a Groupon that was gifted to me. I walked out with a membership for the year. Chantal was my aesthetician for my signature facial and micro abrasion. She was very communicative and very relaxing. I walked out and got compliments on my skin even from my mom who rarely compliments anyone ha ha ha! I'm not one to ever have a membership at a massage and facial spot spa like this and the fact that I do have it means that everyone should really go check it out!

I have been a client for over three years. I had a wonderful experience with my first therapist and when he left, I found Jessica. She is the answer to my prayers, my bones and my aching muscles. I can't imagine spending less than 80 minutes with her. I so look forward to my time at the Ridgewood Day Spa.
