I went to RHY for two years and grew immensely in my yoga practice. The teachers are all supportive and help modify all poses based on your needs and level. I've had the freedom to explore with each class (unlocked inversions for the first time!), and the space is such a calming environment. I loved coming to yoga here and miss it since moving away from the area!
I love RHY! I love this studio and the community that fills up its walls. From the teachers to my fellow yogis this place truly is a home outside of home! The community is probably my favorite part of this studio, I have made so many yoga friends who are now friends outside of the studio as well! Everyone is so welcoming and the instructors are amazing! I feel like my practice has grown so much in this past year just by being at RHY!
Absolutely love it here! I’ve been practicing here for years and this studio truly has it all. Starting with the manager Megan, who emits such a positive energy through all operations of the studio, to all the amazing yoga instructors who truly care about making that hour on your mat the most fulfilling. If you want to find a yoga studio that provides a warm welcoming environment, and leaves you feeling stronger mentally and physically, this is the perfect yogi community to join!
