Dr Liva is great with his patients. He is knowledgeable beyond belief, takes time, shared a lot of information, is thorough, has great bedside manner. I could go on. Thanks Dr Liva! I highly recommend.

When I entered, none of the staff were wearing masks. Last time I checked, this was still a medical practice. Next the assistant performed the initial tests on my vision while SCROLLING ON HER CELL PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME. Extremely unprofessional. Next I was guided to the exam room to wait for the Dr. There were no other patients in the building while I was there. I could hear the Dr. on the phone in his office. He was discussing his snowmobile and trailer for 10 minutes - thus keeping me, his patient, waiting. Then enters the exam room without a mask. Proclaiming he already had Covid and has natural immunity. Then proceeds to go on a lengthy monologue of how natural immunity is better than any vaccine and how other countries are recognizing this and why are local institutions requiring vaccination. Extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER return and caution others as well.

If I can give this office a zero I would. I was going to this office for some time and the front desk staff is not professional, rude and obnoxious. SESS in particular. I don't understand how owners have people of that mindset work in their office and don't see this happening. Education has a lot to do with it but that's a different subject. Maybe the owner wants to look the other way. I called to get some information and was hung up on by SESS. It doesn't take much to be nice and polite. If I were you stay away from this office. No one deserves to be treated like we need them. I will make it my priority to let everyone know about this office. You haven't heard the last of me.

Dr Frasco is extremely rude stubborn and abrupt and flustered. Nastiest dr I've ever encountered. It was like sitting on thorns. I feel sick to my stomach anxious from this place! The other dr was so rushed as well it makes you feel really unwelcome there! No solutions and no dedication. Two minutes attention! Nervous energy levels all around

My parents had utilized this practice for many years. Recently I went, as a new patient, to see Dr. Liva. I found everything about the experience to be excellent. I hadn't had an exam in many years. It's a beautiful office, up to date equipment and a sharp staff. I also brought in a family member for an exam a couple of weeks later. All went well with that visit too! I was surprised at the amount of time the staff and the doctor spent with me and my family member. Dr. Liva is very friendly and down to earth which seems to set the standard for the office. He also sees emergencies the same day. It's so difficult to find a good practice for care these days so I'm delighted to have tried Dr. Liva for my needs. I would recommend him and this practice without hesitation.

Don't even bother. Rude, long wait time and two minute exam by Dr. Liva. Really? I think this office is about jamming as many patients in various rooms, exams by staff and waiting for the doctor to walk and do his thing without as much as a hello. Go elsewhere. This is another office that cares more about money than the patient.

Had my annual check up this morning. Every year it is better. Always the latest state of the art test equipment operated by friendly well trained technicians. Dr. Liva has been my opthomologist for over 20 years. For insurance issues back several years I was forced to see other opthomologists. None of there operations compare to the Liva Eye Center. He is the best!

Three years ago a good friend of mine convinced me to get Lasik and recommended Dr. Liva. I got the procedure done right before my first trip to China on business. I was in China Sea in 2020 feeling great after two weeks. Three years later my vision steadily improved to 2015 in both eyes. I went from being legally blind to have the vision of a fighter pilot. Dr Liva was great throughout the whole process and his team was fantastic. I highly recommend this place. And I just found out he's a Harvard grad to boot. Don't trust your eyes to anyone else!

Dr. Liva is an amazing doctor! I had PKR corrective surgery in August, about two months ago. Dr. Liva was extremely patient and thorough in explaining to me the different options, their side affects, and very rare but possible risks. He and his staff made me feel so comfortable. I was originally apprehensive about getting the surgery until I came to Dr. Liva. I felt so at ease. Booking the procedure itself was really easy and his staff were so helpful in asking any questions I had leading up to the surgery. After just one month at my follow up appointment I was told my vision was better than 20/20, which is better than before with contact lenses. I recommend Dr. Liva to anyone looking into corrective eye surgery!

I don't write many reviews and I'm not an employee or relative. I just know how hard it is to find a good doctor. Dr. Liva is a true professional and a master of his craft. I had PRK corrective surgery about 17 months ago and it changed my life. Since my eyes are super important, I spent tons of time researching and meeting with doctors on corrective vision surgery. The staff is always nice and friendly. Feels like family sometimes. My vision is now 20/15. Surgery went just as Dr. Liva said, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. I'm glad he takes the time to answer my questions and I never feel rushed. Couldn't recommend more. I never wait long but if I did, I'm sure it's because the doctor is tending to patients or an emergency. Amazing place. You're crazy if you don't go here.
