I definitely recommend this studio for adult beginner ballet. Laura Rime is kind and effective in her teaching at the same time. She leads the class with grace and you feel fulfilled and elated when you leave the studio.

I've taken several of the adult open ballet classes at HeART in Motion a few years ago following the pandemic. Ms. Olivia, the teacher, was great at keeping the students on their toes and maintaining a positive class environment even as we were all just slowly getting back to dancing in person. So thankful to have had these classes at HeART during those times to get me back on my feet!

Our 4.5 yrs old daughter has been going here for more than month now. She loves it so much !! Ms. Nikki is so amazing … she is very understanding, kind and flexible too. Class room is open concept so parents can see kids dancing! We tried dda paramus too but did not like it. Highly recommend this place ???
