My first experience with be.here.now was a new year meditation. The space was so sweet/intimate and Karen's energy was so positive/beautiful. I went back for a gratitude circle and also a mindfulness in christ class. Each time I was met with wonderful people and memorable moments. I look forward to going back soon.

I’ve been combing to the studio for over a year. I love the classes. The studio is warm and inviting. Karen the owner is such a wonder teacher and person, her personality lights up the room. Since coming to classes I’ve met many wonderful women who have become my friends.I highly recommend if you want to try mindfulness sign up for one of the many classes being offered.

I had the pleasure of joining the spring retreat which was held in beautiful Woodstock. Weekend full of meditation, reiki, sound bath, & so much more. Karen is a truly amazing person with such great energy. It was a safe, judgement free space where we all left with full of gratitude in our ?
