Tammy gave me literally the massage I've been looking for! I get a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders and she did things to me no one has ever done. I haven't been able to move my neck this freely in many years. Before she began she took the time to explain everything I would be experiencing and why. I will definitely be seeing her regularly from now on! Thank you Tammy! ?

Tammy's touch is so soft and gentle and makes my muscle smooth like butter. I nearly almost started snoring! After being extremely stressed, i left so relaxed and finally got a good night's rest. Her technique is so unique and very effective.

We are a small private wellness center focused on the most basic systems of healing and wellness, including massage, movement, meditation, and compassionate human interaction. We provide therapeutic massage, reflexology, healing therapies, yoga, guided meditation, and health/nutrition guidance. Our services are personalized to your needs, the products we use are organic and plant based. Because of the level of personal attention we provide we ask that you email, text, or call in advance to ensure you are given the same personal attention that we strive to provide all our clients.
