I’ve been dancing at the Arthur Murray in Ridgewood for just under 2 years now and I couldn’t imagine a better way to spend my time. I feel so comfortable with the other students and all the teachers, they really make your success a priority. If it’s something you’ve ever found yourself thinking about, you absolutely should not hesitate to give this studio a try. Dance is such a great way to keep your mind and body active, and your teachers can help you with some social styles that can be used in salsa clubs, dance parties, and anywhere you’d find yourself dancing to music.
My husband and I had such an incredible experience at Arthur Murray Dance Studio working with Avia to choreograph our first dance! We truly cannot say enough amazing things about her! From the very first lesson, she made us feel completely comfortable. She’s so warm, positive, encouraging and genuinely so fun to be around. My wife wanted to take dance lessons for our first dance at our wedding. I, having zero dancing experience, was hesitant but agreed. We booked 10 private lessons with Melissa at Arthur Murray and it was one of the best investments we ever made! Melissa was patient, professional, detailed, and shared her expertise every step of the way. She first taught us individual steps and as our lessons went on, she started to connect all of them, creating a fully custom dance routine.
