I started pilates for the first time 6 months ago at The Body Pilates and I feel great! I had poor posture, shoulder pain, neck pain, and back pain, but after continuous sessions I’ve strengthened my core muscles and I feel much better. The instructors understand your body and customize your sessions to your ability and areas of concern. I have been doing 1:1 sessions but other sessions are available for those who want to exercise with friends. Highly recommend!! :)
