Really love this class. Been going for years now. Ive tried several different types of classes but this is the only one Ive ever been able to commit to because I actually look forward to going. Great stress relief after a day at work and the time goes by so fast. Personally I think its a great combination of cardio, stretching, and muscle building 😁
I’ve been doing aerobics here for almost a year, and I’m amazed that I can now jump and move for a full hour. Time flies by as we sweat together and cheer each other on with energy and enthusiasm. I’ve always been stiff and wasn’t good at stretching or muscle exercises, but after consistently doing aerobics for a year, I can feel my body becoming more flexible and areas that were tight are loosening up. The instructor always includes a squat routine in each session, and thanks to that, my thighs, which were thinning, have gained some muscle, making it easier to climb stairs. This place is so much fun!
