I absolutely have to share my experience with Salon Rush! I walked in alittle nervous being that I have that special type of hair that no one normally would touch, but the vibe was amazingly relaxing. Judy and Suki skills are unparalleled!! The results exceeded my wildest expectations! I have never received so many compliments on my hair ever!! Love these guys. Five stars is an understatement ❤️❤️🙏🙏

After read the reviews, I decided give a try, coz I’m Asian female, i keep looking for a Asian hair stylist, would like to communicate before to starting to make my hair, Jay is nice , he did what I needed, but you have to make appointment before you go there, he can’t pick up the phone if he is busy, but u can leave your messages, he will call u back, very important he can communicate with English, I will come back next time

I got my haircut and perm. It wasn’t an easy task since it’s been almost 2 years since I got my last hair done. But Jay did an amazing job and i had a very satisfactory first-time experience at Salon Riah. Definitely recommend with a big 5-star! :)

I got a haircut from this place about 3 weeks ago. The stylist that worked on my hair was a slightly older lady. I didn't catch her name. I thought she was the owner but I guess she wasn't? I asked for lots of layers and to thin out as much as possible because I have a lot of hair and the stylist did just that. She was kind and hardworking so at the time when I was leaving the salon, I thought I had a pretty decent experience and left quite happy with my haircut.When I came home and checked my hair after a shower, I realized my hair felt different? Usually after a haircut, my fingers run through my hair nice and smooth and it doesn't tangle as much but this time, I couldn't brush through the tangles. The condition of my hair prior to the haircut was much better than afterwards. Perhaps the blades on the scissors were not sharp or perhaps my hair was just not cut right...Also, when I took a closer look at my layers, they didn't look as blended...? Almost like a staircase, very choppy. The layers of my hair lengths were all over the place, some short and some long and of course, it is only noticeable when I take a closer look.I am not sure exactly what went wrong. I read all the positive reviews and saw all the amazing photos. I was definitely taken aback with my poor experience. The stylist that cut my hair had a warm and inviting personality but did something to my hair that I am very upset about so I am torn as I am writing this review. I guess for those of you wondering if this salon is worth a visit, ask for the owner and maybe you will have a better experience and a haircut than I did. Good luck!

I've been to this place about three times now, and Jay has always taken great care of my hair. Jay is very friendly, kind, and personable. He makes everyone feel very comfortable. Most importantly, he makes a great effort to communicate and understand what you really want. As you all know, some hairdressers completely ignore your preferences and do what they think is best for you, which often ends up being a disaster.
