First of all I was called and notified that my scheduled technician called out so my appointment was pushed back a half hour. Then when I get there it felt a little warm in the waiting area. Once I got on the table to be serviced I noticed it was just as warm back there. After complaining about being so hot and my throat being extremely dry my technician then tells me that the air conditioner is not working! Mind you I have been on the table for over an hour and she only touched my right eye. While servicing my eye she pinched me several times causing my eye to become irritated. She finally starts my left eye and after pinching that eye several times she just gets up and disappears. After a minute or two I asked Siri for the time. It was 3:38. I waited a few more minutes ask the time again and it was 3:45. As I already stated it was very hot in there. So now she finally comes back and tells me that the other technician that is working glued the other clients eye shut. At this point I’m so overwhelmed I’m ready to go!! She tries to hurry up but her arms were sliding off my sweaty forehead. At this point I’m done. My eyes are burning like crazy and they won’t stop tearing up. I had enough at this point and told her I was done. I went there for a 2 week filler! I was a member! They should have just rescheduled me or at least gave me the option of rescheduling due to not having any air conditioning! Now today my left eye is slightly swollen and looks as if I have pink eye! I will not be returning. I enjoy my sight too much!

I was a model for a new lash tech (Kayla). She was attentive and helpful. I received compliments on my lashes. The salon was clean and prompt with my appointment. I will return

My eyelashes are completely damaged after the lift and tint, I’m seven weeks out and still in bad shape . The look bent and brittle.

Got a lash lift and a tint service and after the lady kept leaving me unattended while doing another girls lashes and having my eyes burning during the service, she shows me the outcome at the end; disappointed wasn’t even enough to say. I showed her a picture of what my lashes looked like last time and she agreed it wasn’t the same but said she couldn’t do anything for 3 weeks. My right eyelashes are barely lifted and my left are about halfway. I am so upset since I got this done for my honeymoon

Was a customer for years… yes years… became harder and harder for my tech to fit me in at a reasonable time for my schedule… asked back in August to cancel my subscription… tried to give them another chance … have not been in months and even though I’ve tried multiple times they still had the audacity to charge my card … I am waiting now for multiple weeks for a call from upper management since my calls to the location magically get “dropped” ….

Nothing is more frustrating than getting home and seeing hair on your upper lip after paying for it to be removed… would attach photos but that’s embarrassing
Eyebrows were okay but still went home and plucked a couple hairs off myself. (Which I am not too upset about bc I was very picky with my eyebrows and asked just for a cleaning)
Overall- Not as professional as I thought. 1000% would not go back.

I had to stop going here. I simply could not spend 2 hours and 40 minutes of my day getting my lashes touched up (yes, this is how long it took for a 2-week refill!). My kids would be frantically trying to get in touch with me every time I came here for refills on my lashes as I was being held captive for almost 3 hours on a hard cot that the technician always tilted back with my head downward with the blood rushing into it. It is extremely uncomfortable to be in that position for almost 3 hours with adhesive tape on your eyes (that always felt like it was cutting into my actual eyeball), and I just couldn’t do it anymore. The lash technician did a nice job, but not enough to justify the time and money I spent (refills always cost me more than $200). I just went back to my old lash technician who takes 1.5 hours to do the INITIAL set of lashes and charges me $99 for the initial set—and $75 for refills, which take less than an hour. Outcome is still just as beautiful, to tell you the truth.

The best place for Lash extensions & threading is the Lash Lounge in Red Bank. I have tried four of the women who work there and all are fabulous. Lisa, the office manager, does an amazing job of helping you find the right schedule for your lashes. Before the Lash Lounge I had tried three other places and all were either not clean or the women working at them didn’t have proper training. I highly recommend the Lash Lounge in Red Bank because it’s the best!
