Alex and his team are exceptional! We contacted him regarding cleaning and rug repair. They are so helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and gracious. What a great business! From the time I contacted Alex, the owner of Nima Oriental Rugs and Home Decor in Red Bank, I was delighted with his kindness and professionalism. We had a beautiful rug that we were going to replace because it had a hole in it from a chair. Alex and Patrick picked up our rug and had it repaired by their expert weaver and cleaned- in one week! Alex and Patrick came to our house and expertly placed the rug and even trimmed the mat underneath it. Frankly, it looks brand new and gorgeous.
