I don't usually do reviews but when I came on here, I wish I had seen the only review they have, which happens to be 1 star because that's all they'll get from me as well. I called them based on the fact they advertise for laser vein removal. I've had the service done before and it worked great for me years ago, but recently went somewhere that gave me 0 results, so figured I would find a different place and try again. When I called 370, they told me they do the service I wanted and that I just had to pay a consultation fee, which would later go towards my service. I thought great, I know it works when properly done, so I was excited to zap these few little veins I have. They told me 4-600 dollars for the service based on the area. I get there, I pay $200 for the consultation fee. The girl that leads you to the room was very nice, but basically did the consultation with her. She takes pics of my legs and brings to the doctor. The doctor comes in later for about 2 minutes tops. Asked me medical question, tells me that I would benefit more from a radio frequency treatment along with the laser. He leaves the room to "put together a package for me" the girl returns to the room and says it would be $600 per leg for just upper thigh area. I kid you not my legs are 28" long and the two areas were an inch to 2 inches tops. I asked if I could just try the laser since he recommended a combo just to see the results I would get. She tells me no and that besides the fact I couldn't get either service done today because he was booked and another dr had the radio frequency machine. The only reason I even booked with them is because they said I could get the service done right after. They wouldn't give me my fee back basically because I met with the doctor for 2 minutes which was considered a "consultation." I told them I feel like I got duped into coming there because I never would have come for the consultation if I knew they didn't have the right laser as I wanted a laser treatment not radio frequency. The owner called me later and was extremely rude and said she was insulted that I felt duped. Well the story is pretty self explanatory and I'm out $200 because I will not return to place that is so inconsistent. There was not one person there s I guess they needed that $200.
