Scott performed the inspection on our home that is in process of selling. He was funny, light, straightforward and professional. We had active termites which is not uncommon for the South Jersey Pine Barrens so we hired Eastern to come back and perform the treatment. When Scott showed up he greeted not only us so kindly, but also our pups and the kids! He was very clear on the process he would be performing at the house and gave clear direction on pet and child safety. I really appreciated that he stood with us and talked for a few before getting to work. I contracted Eastern for service inside and outside of my house. The first appointment they came on time and performed the services that we discussed. I loved the tech and the service.Every appointment afterwards, they sent an appointment card with a prescribed time but came hours earlier and only completed the service outside. I had to consistently call to schedule them to come back for the interior service. There is no consideration for your time with the appointments. I did not pay the last invoice because the interior service was not completed because once again, they did not come at the appointment time. I get a message from the office manager.
