He takes time to fully explain the treatment process, the biology of pests, and answers all questions. He creates detailed plans for inside and outside, uses a thorough system, and is quick to address any follow-up concerns, providing honest explanations and helpful advice.
We've called Archer for years for our pest control needs--ground bees, ants, and yellow jackets. They've always been great. Their prices are competitive, and they stand behind their work. They even gave us a discount when we had to call them for yellow jackets in the house brickwork just a couple of weeks after they had been here doing ground bees, even though they were different pests in completely different locations.
We just had a visit from John, and my goodness what a great professional! He took his time to tour our condo and look in every room, asked clarifying questions, explained the biology and culture of ants, and then spent his time creating a plan for the inside and outside of our place. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. HIGHLY reocmmend!
After having my house treatedalmost 2 years ago by Archer, I discovered what I thought was termite damage. John was very quick to come address my concerns. The issues did not involve pests but he took his time and explained what the problem was and what to do to fix it. Instead of making me call additional professionals .
