I was recommended to come here by a coworker, I work close but live far however my coworkers spoke so highly of them. Maybe at some point they were good but for a first experience, AWFUL. Dropped off on a Monday, requested if it was possible to have it done by Saturday, they said Thursday it would be good to go. I drove an hour there to pick up my items on Saturday and nothing had been completed. No reasoning, just the employee shrugging she didn’t know. She requested I waited for the owner who would be in about 2 hours, I had to leave to rush and find replacement outfits.
