Kate Brannan is the real deal when it comes to instructing Pilates. She is truly a descendant of the teachings of Joseph Pilates, having been certified by a protegee of Joseph Pilates himself. She is the most authentic local instructor in her approach to teaching. She makes it easy for a true beginner to understand the concepts and I actually felt different, and great, after my first session. I am looking forward to accomplishing my goals at Center For Pilates in Red Bank.
