So much to love about Monmouth Beach Yoga & Wellness! The summer beach yoga classes bring me so much joy. Year round, the classes are offered indoors or online - even in a video library I can access when I'm out of town. The teachers accommodate all skill levels - enjoyable for my flexible daughter or my aging self. The workshops are favorites too - from Sound Healing to Meditation. Lisa, the MBYW owner, has been particularly kind to me during some challenging times in my life. Plus she sells fabulous items like soft yoga attire and cool jewelry! I'm so glad I joined this studio!

I've been practicing at Monmouth Beach Yoga & Wellness for 6 years and I am very happy with every aspect of this studio. The studio itself is very clean and conducive to a tranquil experience. The owner and instructors clearly know what they are doing and seem to have a true understanding of what each student needs in their own practice. I have always felt confident that I will be challenged but in a safe and effective way. Each student is encouraged to focus on their own body so it doesn't feel competitive or ego-driven at all. Monmouth Beach Yoga and Wellness is one of my Favorite places! This studio is so warm and welcoming to everyone. The classes and instructors are amazing. So many classes to choose .The owner Lisa Matthews is always on site and greets each student with a smile. Lisa does a wonderful job always adding new workshops and classes. Lisa also has a great boutique for new and chic items to purchase. I highly recommend MB Yoga to everyone! Namaste
