    Terribly poor customer service, especially in a time of need. I needed a last minute corsage for my daughter as the one I ordered from another florist unexpectedly closed. I called Art and spoke to whom I believe was the owner. Per google, they are open all day. I explained the situation and the woman said, “Well I guess you shouldn’t wait until the last minute and it sounds like I was your last choice.” I said, no problem I’ll look for somewhere else and she hung up abruptly. I’m not one to complain or write poor reviews as I want to support small businesses in our community. This was a one flower corsage for a three year old not an elaborate bouquet. Do better next time.

    We visited Sue after meeting with John E. Day Funeral Home who recommended her. With short notice, Sue was able to pull together the most beautiful floral displays for our memorial service and our repast gathering. Not only is Sue's work beautiful, she is a pleasure to work with and made us feel at ease, as she could relate to the loss of a loved one. We also know that a close friend called her to coordinate with our chosen colors and the urn wreath really completed the look. Thank you, Sue.

    I live out of state and was looking to find a florist that could place flowers on my parent’s gravesite for holidays. Used this shop previously with no issues and always requested a picture of the work done to provide to my other family members, which previously was always provided. This past Christmas she stated she placed a blanket on the gravesite but no picture was provided. Sent her a text asking for a picture and was told she was busy and needed to download the pictures from another phone. Waited another week and nothing was provided. Texted her again requesting a picture still no reply and now Christmas has passed. Texted her a third time and her reply was “who is this” again asked her for the picture and sent her a picture of the gravesite again just in case she forgot, still no picture nor reply back. My issue is don’t promise something and don’t deliver, as this was very important to me and the family. Will never use this business again, total disregard for others.

    I would give no stars if I could! Tried to order, from Florida, for days, for my mom and dad’s cemetery plot. Sue was too overwhelmed and preoccupied to deal with an order! I even gave her my credit card over the phone, on Wednesday, prior to ordering! That was at 9:30 in the morning! She said she would call me back that evening to place my order. Heard NOTHING back! Called and left a voice message on Friday. Again, no call back! Called again Saturday to place my order where she AGAIN told me she would call me back. Don’t bother! She’s frazzled and disorganized! I took my business elsewhere, where they were very attentive and happy to have my order!

    It's been a long time since I ordered flowers sight-unseen, but today I called to have a bouquet sent to a client. I gave some very basic instructions and Sue created the most gorgeous masterpiece. It was a huge hit (even with my client's cat!) and I could not have asked for anything better. Sue went above and beyond to write up a long message for me, and I also made a mistake on the delivery address and she spent quite a bit of time figuring out how to deliver the flowers. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the flowers, and the caring and consideration Sue had for me and my client. The experience was exceptional and I wouldn't consider anyone else next time I need flowers.
