We had a major problem with frost in the attic due to bad ventilation, causing mold and some other big issues.Manny came out right away and really took the time to assess the situation and thoroughly explain our options. His crew was out in no time and finished in a very timely manner making sure everything was cleaned up before they left every night.We also used Lasting Construction because we were having some water come in through the walls making the paint bubble. “I found Charlie Snowder through Google. We were looking for someone to remove a load bearing wall in our house to open things up. It wasn't a simple, straight forward remodel since it was load bearing and in addition was supporting a huge beam in one of the rooms. Charlie came over and took a look, gave us some on the spot design and construction information. He consulted with a structural engineer and got back to us with a quote within a few days. Once we gave him the go ahead and signed some paperwork, work started within a few days. Each of the tradesmen he sent to our house wore a mask and were very neat and kept things tidy. We had several different crews doing different aspects of work. Charlie kept us informed ahead of each crew as to who was coming and when. I did call him once with something I noticed that needed some touching up, he sent someone over that afternoon and did it. The end result is gorgeous! They did a wonderful job. “Owner of Sherman Plumibing personally came to look at the job unlike all other companies giving incorrect estimate at very high price. Serman Plumbing gave a fair price and finished the job in less than 3 hours. Their warranty is for 6 years labor. No one gives more than one year warranty for labor. They are local and been around in the business for a very long time. What I love the most about them is their customer service and a company who is not charing 4% for using a credit card. Its is no brainer to hire them. They made entire process very smooth.“

Since we had no previous renovation experience, she spent a lot of time in educating us and helping us select the layouts, materials and designs. Once she understood our needs and taste, she made sure we got the best. The outcome was transformative - the kitchen looks very modern , bright and is extremely functional / efficiently planned.The project work was done by CD - Project Manager for TrueLeaf. He is excellent at his job. We had opted for some fancy top cabinets (with new sensor technology for opening/ closing). There was an issue with them due to faulty mechanism provided by a vendor. But CD went out of his way to follow up with them and rectify the issue. It works perfectly well now and we couldn't be happier with it.Big thanks to the whole TrueLeaf team !“
