We wanted to take the time as a family to thank Anna and staff at Bongiovi. From the first call after we lost our beloved family member, to our final visit, Anna and staff were very receptive, warm, and empathetic. There was a slight miscommunication with our plan, and they went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Thank you from all of us. During such a difficult time, Anna made us feel so comfortable. Thank you.
I absolutely LOVE Anna & her staff!! I lost both of my parents to Cancer. I lost my Dad back in June of 2011 & Anna took such great care of Dad with such love, respect & compassion!!! She helped our family plan such an AMAZING service for him!!❤❤ We recently lost Mom about 2 weeks ago, the humility, care & compassion that Anna and her staff did for Mom was so UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING!! She was so patient & loving when it came to all the paperwork that needed to be done. Anna and the rest of the team at Bongiovi funeral home really embraced us during a very difficult time. Without them, planning my father’s funeral would have been overwhelming. Anna made everything easy and she, along with Suzanne, was a comforting presence throughout.
