I was referred by my friend Luis that's a long time customer there to see Pilar and I was not disappointed. she was great, very friendly and fantastic at her job. I was very happy with the results. I love my new hairstyle and would highly recommend Supercuts in Randolph, NJ.
I've been to this place more than 3 times, and it is ok. I was going here because it is closer and not crowded. They don't accept coupons. There are a couple of stylists who are really good. I noticed that they don't welcome the customers or greet them all the time. When I went last time, the owner was there, and he welcomed nicely. They don't save the customers' style saved in their system, so every time we go there, we have to tell what to do.
My haircut is fine, not the best but not the worst. But heads up, there is NO WAXING at this location. The supercuts website lists it for this location but that must be outdated. Not the store’s fault, but be aware of that!
