UPDATE: ABOUT 3 YEARS AFTER THE INSTALLATION, MY ROOF STARTED LEAKING. I CALLED AND TEXTED AND LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES AND GOT NO RESPONSE!!! What a difference from contractors I have worked with in the past!! My roof replacement required a lot of extra work to keep out pests that I have been battling for years. Rob and his team offered suggestions, gave many in progress updates and let me know when they ran into issues that would impact the cost before they started the additional work. RBM replaced the roof (shingles and plywood) on a previous house we owned back in 2005. When it came time to replace the roof (shingles and plywood) in our current house we didn't think twice about using RBM roofing again as we knew the job would be done right. Rob sat down with us and explained the entire process in detail and how we could solve the moisture issues in the attic with the proper ventilation. He is extremely knowledgeable and a real expert in his trade. His crew was courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning up once the project was completed. The job was done on time as promised and as quoted. If you are in need of a new roof and want the job done properly don’t hesitate to call RBM. Highly recommend!!!
