I needed a repair on a high end laptop. Although I can do some of this work myself, this job required the entire PC to be disassembled and I felt it was best done by someone who had done this before. The job was done promptly and well at a very reasonable price, if anything I felt I was undercharged.

Jann is a true professional. He stays in touch with you. He knows his stuff and he’s very trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend him. He does work out of his office as well as on site and has been in business many years.
