I came to Dr. Paul after struggling with mid back pain for several months of no improvement from attending PT elsewhere.His thorough assessment and personalized treatment plan not only alleviated my pain but also empowered me with the knowledge and exercises to continue improving outside of our sessions.I am truly grateful for the positive impact Dr. Paul has had on my health and overall quality of life. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate physical therapist.

Dr. Paul (Par 5)and his work has brought relief and improvement to problem areas I've dealt with for a long time. As a local golf pro and teacher and coach I highly recommend him. If your looking to improve your range of motion, stability, coordinated movements or pain in general please follow up with Par 5. The Initial consultation is well worth the trip and time we'll spent moving in the right direction to wellness.

Outstanding sports minded physical therapy! I've been to a few and most give you the same "stop doing what you're doing" Rx. Well, my hobbies are jiu jitsu, dirt biking, and lifting weights, so I'm always nursing some kind of injury. Dr. Paul does an excellent job of identifying weaknesses/issues and providing manual manipulation, dry needling, scraping at the appointment, and also provides an at home plan that really allows your body to heal and correct movement patterns. I highly recommend PAR5 to anyone trying to stay active while recovering from injury
