the worst of the worst. when they go down, they go down and stay down. i was down for a week, they kept forgetting to show up to fix my cable. finally some guy comes out to replace my modem, but he refuses to replace it. gets fired on the spot and i still have no internet. i had to go pick up a box and install it myself. i could of done that to begin with. i cannot wait for planet network to make it in my area, you suck optimum

They won't sell a phone unless is financed. What a rip off! They won't solve a problem on your phone, instead they send you home and call Optimum. Why are they open anyway? Just to do what they feel like doing. I would give them 0 stars if I could!

Absolute WORST customer service. Reuben took advantage of my elderly uncle. Charging him for 4 boxes instead of 2 along with forcing him to get fios (most likely to receive his commission) when he lives in a co-axel area that doesn’t need to be upgraded to fios. Told us they would leave the internet connected until the install appointment. Ended up turning it off in the middle of the night 2 times in the span of 4 days. The 2nd time they turned it off they refused to turn back on until the tech came out. We spent over 12 hrs on the phone just to get hung up on by multiple “supervisors”. The lack of respect from these people is mind blowing.
