Everything was fine until this week! Gave a 100% wool, cozy and warm sweater to clean (very expensive one!). It came way smaller than it was! Ruined! Something went wrong for sure... I stayed very polite and courteous, but the fact that they cannot admit their fault very bother me!

I was in a pinch for a dress alteration…had 2.5 days to have it hemmed. The woman working told me no problem at all - I brought it in on a Wednesday and it was ready Friday afternoon. Not only was the alteration done well, the woman was so friendly and kind during the entire process. Will return again to this business!Service: Alterations

After a nearby competitor ruined an alternation job, I took the items here, to Joy Cleaners. I wish that I came here first. They are really friendly, attentive, and helpful. Compared to the first place I went, they are faster, cheaper, friendlier, and did a much better job. I highly recommend Joy Cleaners, and am very happy that I gave up on the other place nearby that I tried first.Service: Alterations
