“First, I don’t understand any of the negative reviews. I spoke with Lisa initially, after speaking with other florists about our wedding flowers and she was absolutely amazing. After an in person consultation, I was beyond impressed with her professionalism, friendly demeanor and supportive attitude. Our wedding was in late May and I wanted our flowers to reflect the spring season. I immediately felt confident that Lisa knew my vision and she also had great suggestions. Communication with Lisa throughout the process was seamless. I received numerous emails with photos of her suggestions, names of all the flowers being used and was more than satisfied. The contract with pricing was clear and precise. I met with Cara a few weeks prior to the wedding to see a mock centerpiece and needed to make a small change and she was nothing but pleasant and very accommodating. We also needed to add an additional centerpiece and it was an easy change. On the day of the wedding, when the flowers were delivered, I was beyond impressed! They were gorgeous!! Our ceremony was outdoors and the wedding arch was beautiful. The bouquets, boutonnières, floral arrangement at the entrance to cocktail hour, mother’s wrist corsages and the centerpieces were more beautiful and elegant than I could have imagined. I can’t tell you how many of our guests complimented the beauty of the flowers. Lisa, Cara and the floral set up team went above and beyond. I truly can’t find enough words to express my gratitude for A Touch of Elegance and their outstanding, beautiful creations for our wedding day. Thank you Lisa, Cara and your wonderful team!“

Patti took time to have us visit the showroom, pieced together the little bits that we knew we wanted, and essentially told us that she had it covered. That was an understatement, as her and her team delivered on everything that was promised and more. They were flexible with our budget, they were communicative and receptive to all the little last minute things we wanted, and our guests could not have been more impressed. Again, we don't know anything about florals, but we left having an incredible appreciation for the art, as did our guests“

They were kind, helpful, pleasant, creative and reasonably priced!
